The template that Fred and Penny created and I used for my website didn't take long to get my head around and they were so generous with their time and answered all my questions so quickly no matter how ridiculous or pernickety they may have been. I really felt very able to play around, get creative and make something that felt just perfect. Brilliant experience, lovely people, very happy.
